(3) Storage
Before opening the package, check the bag for leaks. If there is a leak, re-bake it before use. It is recommended that the LEDs be stored below 30°C and below 60% humidity and used within three months. If more than three months are required, they must be re-baked. When storing the LED, it is recommended to use moisture-proof packaging storage. After opening the package, the LED should be used below 30°C and under 70% humidity. If it is used for more than 24 hours, it must be taken out of the bag and baked at 70±5°C for 24 hours. use.
(4) Electrostatic discharge and inrush current
a. Electrostatic discharge (ESD) or pulsed current (EOS) may damage the SMD LED.
b. The SMD LED can only be manufactured after wearing an electrostatic wrist, static shoes, or antistatic gloves.
c. All mechanical equipment must be grounded.
