1, LED lamp bead brightness

Different colors of LED lamp beads have different luminous intensities. The common units are mcd and lm, which is millicandela. The higher the value, the greater the luminous intensity, that is, the brighter. This is an important indicator for selecting LED lamps. The higher the brightness requirement, the more expensive the lamp, because the high-brightness LED chip is expensive.

2, the color of the LED

There are many small packaging factories that do not have a splitting color separation machine, which is difficult to guarantee for quality. LEDs that have not been subjected to spectral separation have poor color consistency, and of course the price difference is relatively large.

3, LED chip

The origin of the chip determines the price and also determines the quality of the luminaire. Customers can often determine the quality of the LED lamp by knowing the LED chip supplier used on the LED lamp, because the chip that determines the price factor of the LED is the biggest. Therefore, knowing the chip supplier, you can roughly determine the price range of the LED lamp, which is one of the effective means for experienced buyers to evaluate suppliers.

4, LED package

The LED lamp bead is packaged in a resin package and a silicone package. The price of the resin package is cheaper, because the heat dissipation performance is slightly worse, the others are the same. The silicone package has good heat dissipation properties, so the price is slightly more expensive than the resin package.

5, the service life

Although the life of LED is 8~100,000 hours, since LED is a constant current component, the constant current effect of LED lamps produced by different manufacturers is different, and the life expectancy is different.

6, color temperature

When purchasing, pay special attention to the color temperature below 3300K, the light color is reddish to give a warm feeling; there is a steady atmosphere, warm feeling. It is called warm color temperature. The color temperature is in the middle of 3000--6000K. People have no obvious visual psychological effects under this color tone, and have a refreshing feeling; hence, it is called "neutral" color temperature. The color temperature is over 6000K, the light color is blue, giving people a feeling of coldness.
