1. Crystal expansion, using an expansion machine to uniformly expand the entire LED wafer film provided by the manufacturer, so that the LED crystals closely arranged on the surface of the film are pulled apart, which is convenient for spines.

2. Adhesive, put the crystal expanding ring on the surface of the adhesive machine where the silver paste layer has been scraped, and put the silver paste on the back. Point silver paste. Suitable for bulk LED chips. Use a dispenser to spot the right amount of silver paste on the PCB.

3, solid crystal, put the prepared silver paste expansion ring into the spine frame, the operator under the microscope with a spine pen on the PCB printed circuit board.

4. Fix the crystal. Put the printed PCB printed circuit board into the thermal cycle oven and let it stand for a period of time. After the silver paste is cured, take it out (not for a long time, otherwise the LED chip coating will bake yellow, that is, oxidize, give to Bang Will cause difficulties). If there is LED chip bonding, the above steps are needed; if there is only IC chip bonding, the above steps are cancelled.

5. Welding wire, the aluminum wire bonding machine is used to bridge the chip and the corresponding pad aluminum wire on the PCB, that is, the inner lead of the COB is welded.

6, the initial test, using special testing tools (COB has different equipment for different purposes, the simple is a high-precision stabilized power supply) to detect the COB board, and return the unqualified board for repair.

7. Dispensing. Use a dispensing machine to place an appropriate amount of the formulated AB glue on the bonded LED die. The IC is packaged with black glue, and then the appearance is sealed according to customer requirements.

8, curing, put the sealed PCB printed circuit board or lamp holder in a thermal cycle oven at a constant temperature, and set different drying times according to requirements.

9, general test, the packaged PCB printed circuit board or lamp holder with a special testing tool for electrical performance testing, distinguish good from bad.

10. Spectroscopy. Use a spectroscope to separate lamps of different brightness according to requirements and package them separately.

11. After entering the warehouse, we will go out in batches to create a comfortable LED lamp bead package for everyone to save energy.
